This 1994 Dodge Viper RT/10 is powered by an 8.0-liter V10 paired with a six-speed manual transmission and is finished in Viper Red over Quartz leather. Equipment includes 17″ tri-spoke alloy wheels, a tonneau cover, air conditioning, and a limited-slip differential. The car was first registered in Arizona, and it spent time in New Mexico before it was acquired by the selling dealer. This Viper now shows under 13k miles and is offered in Florida with a clean Carfax report and a clean New Mexico title.
The first-generation Viper was designed in-house at Chrysler by Tom Gale and utilizes composite body panels over a tubular steel space-frame chassis. This example is finished in Viper Red (PRN) and features fog lights, a tonneau cover, a forward-opening clamshell hood, and side-exit exhaust outlets. The selling dealer notes imperfections in the bodywork.
The 17″ tri-spoke alloy wheels have reportedly been refinished and are mounted with Michelin Pilot Sports tires measuring 275/40 up front and 335/35 out back. The RT/10 is equipped with power-assisted rack-and-pinion steering, four-wheel independent suspension, and four-wheel vented disc brakes with Viper-branded calipers up front.
The cabin features bucket seats upholstered in Quartz leather. Additional equipment includes a heater, air conditioning, an AM/FM/cassette stereo, and power door locks. The selling dealer states that side curtains are included in the sale. An imperfection can be seen on the driver’s seat side bolster and scratches are visible on the dashboard and center console.
The three-spoke leather-wrapped steering wheel frames a 180-mph speedometer and a tachometer with a 6k-rpm redline. Auxiliary gauges for coolant temperature, oil pressure, fuel level, and voltage are mounted atop the center stack. The six-digit odometer indicates under 13k miles.
The 8.0-liter OHV V10 was factory rated at 400 horsepower, and the starter is said to have been recently replaced.
Power is sent to the rear wheels through a Tremec T-56 six-speed manual transmission and a limited-slip differential. The selling dealer notes the flywheel was resurfaced in preparation for the sale along with replacing the transmission fluid and clutch components.
The Carfax report shows no accidents or other damage and lists registration history in Arizona and New Mexico.
