This 2007 Porsche Cayman S is powered by a 3.4-liter flat-six paired with a six-speed manual transaxle and is finished in Arctic Silver Metallic over Sand Beige leather. Equipment includes 19″ Carrera S wheels, a deployable rear spoiler, bi-xenon headlights, fog lights, heated seats, a Bose sound system, and cruise control. The car spent most of its life registered in New York and was acquired by the seller in 2021. Service in 2021 included fluid changes and replacing the water pump, thermostat, and spark plugs. This 987.1 Cayman S has 56k miles and is now offered with the owner’s manual, service records, a car cover, and a clean Alabama title in the seller’s name.
The car is finished in Arctic Silver Metallic and features bi-xenon headlights, fog lights, quarter panel intakes, a speed-dependent rear spoiler, and dual exhaust outlets. A July 2009 entry on the Carfax report notes an accident with damage to the front of the car. Exterior blemishes are shown in the gallery below.
Factory 19″ Carrera S wheels are mounted with Hankook Ventus V12 Evo2 tires measuring 235/35 front and 265/35 rear. The car is equipped with Porsche Stability Management, and braking is handled by four-piston Porsche-branded calipers over cross-drilled rotors measuring 12.5″ and 11.8″ front and rear, respectively. A brake fluid flush was performed in September 2021.
The cabin features heated power-adjustable seats upholstered in Sand Beige leather along with a color-matching dashboard and carpets. Amenities include a Bose sound system, a remote six-disc CD changer, and cruise control. Additional equipment includes rain-sensing wipers, self-diming mirrors, and cruise control. The seller reports that a short shifter was installed under prior ownership.
The leather-wrapped steering wheel frames a central 8k-rpm tachometer, a 190-mph speedometer, and gauges for fuel level and coolant temperature. The digital odometer indicates 56k miles, approximately 350 of which were added under current ownership.
The mid-mounted 3.4L flat-six is located ahead of the rear cargo area and was factory rated at 295 horsepower and 251 lb-ft of torque. Work in 2021 included changing the engine oil and replacing the water pump, thermostat, air filter, and spark plugs as well as cleaning the throttle body. Power is sent to the rear wheels via a six-speed manual transaxle. The transmission fluid was changed in August 2021.
