This 1992 Acura Integra GS-R spent approximately one year in Missouri prior to being relocated to California where it was acquired by the seller in 1994. Power is provided by a replacement 1.7-liter B17A1 VTEC inline-four with a five-speed manual transaxle. Finished in Aztek Green Pearl over black cloth upholstery, the car is equipped with a glass sunroof, front and rear spoilers, a Sony Xplod CD stereo, a MOMO shift knob, a Viper alarm system, and 14″ alloy wheels. An oil change was performed and the PCV hose, battery, and engine air filter were replaced in 2022. This DB2 GS-R shows 192k miles and is offered at no reserve with service records, tire chains, spare parts, a clean Carfax report, and a clean California title in the seller’s name.
The car is finished in Aztec Green Pearl and features body-colored trim in addition to front and rear spoilers. Additional details include a glass sunroof, integrated fog lights, power-adjustable side mirrors, mudguards, a rear wiper, and GS-R badging. With the exception of the rear bumper cover and roof, the exterior is said to have been refinished in the mid-1990s, and the exhaust finishers have been replaced during current ownership. The paint is faded on the roof, the left bumper-mounted turn signal is cracked, and paint chips and scratches are visible on the body.
Alloy 14″ wheels are wrapped in 195/60 Ohtsu Negotiator NH60 tires. Braking is handled by four-wheel disc brakes, and the anti-lock braking system has reportedly been bypassed. The seller states the struts were replaced at approximately 185k miles. Scratches are noted on the wheels and the car is equipped with two sets of wheel locks.
The seats are upholstered in black cloth with patterned inserts and are complemented by a color-coordinated dash, door panels, and carpets. Floor mats line the footwells, and additional appointments include a Sony Xplod CD stereo, power locks, a center console armrest, and a carbon fiber MOMO shift knob. The air conditioner, rear defroster, and cruise control are non-functional, and the passenger window only rolls up from the passenger-side window switch. Cracks are visible on the dash moldings, the driver’s sun visor is torn, and scratches are located in the rear cargo area.
A four-spoke steering wheel frames a 150-mph speedometer, a tachometer with an 8k-rpm redline, and gauges for coolant temperature and fuel level. The six-digit odometer indicates 192k miles, approximately 174k of which were added by the seller.
The replacement 1.7-lite B17A1 inline-four features VTEC variable valve timing and was installed in 1995. Service in 2022 consisted of performing an oil change and cleaning the PCV valve, as well as replacing the intake air filter, PCV hoses, and battery. According to the seller, the timing belt was replaced at about 184k miles, the fuel pump was replaced at 178k miles, and the most recent state emissions inspection was performed in May 2022. The engine burns oil intermittently, the air intake tube is cracked, and the fast idle valve is malfunctioning.
Power is delivered to the front wheels via a five-speed manual transaxle. Additional underside photos are available in the gallery below.
The factory shift knob is included with the car, along with tire chains, wheel lock keys, a stereo faceplate bag, an extra tire, and a key fob.
The Carfax report shows no accidents or other damage and displays history in Missouri and California through the most recent entry in July 2020.
