This 1989 Land Rover 110 is a right-hand-drive example that was refurbished and modified to resemble a Camel Trophy truck in England before being imported to the US in August 2017 and subsequently acquired by the seller. Power is provided by a retrofitted 2.5-liter 300Tdi turbodiesel inline-four mated to a five-speed manual transmission and a dual-range transfer case. Equipment includes 16″ Wolf-style painted steel wheels, LED headlights, a roof rack, an aftermarket center console, a sleeping platform, limb risers, a 10k-pound winch, and Britparts Super Gaz shocks. Service in 2021 consisted of an oil change and replacing the hood release mechanism. This Land Rover is now offered with MOT test certificates, import documents, a clean Carfax report, and a clean Pennsylvania title in the seller’s name listing the truck as a 1990 model.
Originally believed to be white, the truck was repainted in yellow following replacement of several body panels and deletion of the cargo-area windows. Features include LED lights, a front brush guard with an integrated 10k-pound winch, limb risers, Britpart mud flaps, a receiver hitch, checker-plated lower surfaces, and a full-length roof rack with a ladder. The seller notes paint blemishes around the body.
Body-color 16″ Wolf-style steel wheels are mounted with 285/75 BFGoodrich All-Terrain T/A KO2 tires all around. A matching spare is mounted to the swing-out cargo door. The suspension features Britpart Super Gaz shock absorbers.
The interior features seats trimmed in black and tan, a center console with cup holders, a 12-volt outlet, a digital voltage readout, and toggle switches controlling the auxiliary exterior lights. Additional features include stainless-steel shifter and transfer-case knobs, Land Rover-branded rubber floor mats, and manual crank windows. Corrosion is noted on the seat hardware.
A custom fold-out sleeping platform is shown in the photograph above and requires removal of the rear seats.
A leather-wrapped steering wheel frames a 120-mph speedometer and gauges for fuel level, coolant temperature, and voltage. The six-digit odometer shows 126k miles, approximately 7k of which were added by the seller.
The retrofitted 2.5-liter 300Tdi turbodiesel inline-four was installed under previous ownership and received an oil change in 2021. The hood release mechanism was replaced under current ownership.
Power is sent to all four wheels through a five-speed manual transmission and a dual-range transfer case. An oil leak is noted and additional underbody photographs are provided in the gallery below.
The Carfax report shows no accidents or other damage and history in Pennsylvania from an initial entry in 2017.
