This 1982 Fiat 124 Spider 2000 is finished in red over a tan vinyl interior and is powered by a 2.0-liter inline-four paired with a five-speed manual transmission. Additional equipment includes a tan convertible top and matching boot cover, woodgrain interior trim, power windows, a Pioneer CD stereo, a vented front brake kit, 15″ XXR wheels, and an ANSA exhaust system. The seller acquired the car in 2014, and service since 2020 included the replacement of the suspension and braking components in addition to the timing belt and water pump. This 124 Spider shows 75k miles and is offered with an additional set of wheels and lug nuts, replacement vent window hardware, two car covers, a window sticker, purchase documents, manufacturer’s literature, partial service records, a clean Carfax report, and a clean Georgia title in the seller’s name.
The car was repainted in GM Torch Red in 1995 and exterior details include dual side mirrors, chrome trim, Pininfarina badging, and a tan convertible top with a matching boot cover. An IAP headlight relay kit has reportedly been installed. The seller states that the right front fender was bumped into during current ownership resulting in chipped paint near the right headlight and misalignment of the hood. Close-up photos of the damage are provided in the gallery below.
XXR 15″ wheels with gray spokes and polished lips are mounted with 205/50 Hankook Ventus HR II tires showing 2013 date codes. The front brakes have been fitted with a Vick Autosports Prima vented rotor kit, and service performed under current ownership reportedly consisted of replacing the brake fluid reservoir, front wheel bearings, tie rods, and upper and lower front control arms. Records show that the car’s alignment will not come into spec.
The interior features front bucket seats and a rear bench upholstered in tan vinyl, and woodgrain trim accents the dashboard and center console. Additional appointments include Pininfarina-branded floor mats, a wood shift knob, a Pioneer CD stereo, power windows, and a lockable glovebox. The sun visors have reportedly been replaced, and the heater has been bypassed and is inoperative. The vent window latches are missing, but replacement hardware is included in the sale.
A three-spoke Ferrero steering wheel sits ahead of Veglia Borletti instrumentation including an 85-mph speedometer, a tachometer with a 6k-rpm redline, an analog clock, and gauges for fuel level and coolant temperature. The six-digit odometer shows 75k miles, approximately 3k of which have been added by the seller.
The 2.0-liter inline-four is equipped with fuel injection along with double-overhead camshafts and was factory rated at 102 horsepower and 110 lb-ft of torque. Service since 2020 reportedly consisted of installing an Auto Ricambri aluminum radiator and replacing the timing belt, water pump, spark plugs, and distributor cap and rotor.
Power is sent to the rear wheels via a five-speed manual transmission. An ANSA exhaust system is installed, and oil leaks are visible underneath.
The window sticker shows factory colors, options, and a total suggested retail price of $11,149. Purchase documents, manufacturer’s literature, partial service records, two car covers, and an additional set of Speedline wheels are included in the sale.
The Carfax report shows no accidents or damage and lists history in Maine, Florida, and Georgia.
