This 1985 Buick Grand National is powered by a turbocharged 3.8-liter V6 paired with a four-speed automatic transmission and is finished in black over two-tone black and Sand Gray cloth upholstery. Equipment includes removable glass roof panels, 15″ aluminum wheels, a rear spoiler, a Delco AM/FM/cassette stereo, cruise control, and Electronic Touch Climate Control with air conditioning. Modifications include a TurboTweak engine tuning chip, a MagnaFlow exhaust system, and an Accufab adjustable fuel-pressure regulator. The seller purchased the car in April 2019 and has since added approximately 150 of the 78k miles shown. This Grand National is now offered with a window sticker, the owner’s manual, spare parts, a clean Carfax report, and a clean New York title in the seller’s name.
The seller reports that the car was refinished in black during previous ownership, and exterior details include a sculpted hood, removable glass roof panels, tinted glass, a rear window defogger, sport mirrors, and dual exhaust outlets. The bumper fillers are said to have been replaced and the power antenna does not work.
The 15″ aluminum wheels are mounted with 225/60 Goodyear Eagle GT HR front tires along with 255/60 BFGoodrich Radial TA rear tires. Braking is handled by power-assisted front discs and rear drums.
The front bucket seats and rear bench are upholstered in black and Sand Gray cloth with Turbo 6 embroidery on the front-seat headrests. Amenities include Electronic Touch Climate Control with air conditioning as well as a power-adjustable driver’s seat, cruise control, power windows and locks, and a Delco AM/FM/cassette stereo with a graphic equalizer. A sticker located in the engine bay states that the air-conditioning system was converted to R134a refrigerant in June 2021. The dashboard has cracks.
The leather-wrapped steering wheel fronts a horizontal 85-mph speedometer, a digital tachometer, and gauges for boost pressure and fuel level. Aftermarket VDO gauges for boost pressure and water temperature are mounted in a pod in the center console. The five-digit odometer shows 78k miles, approximately 150 of which were added under current ownership.
The turbocharged 3.8-liter V6 is modified with a TurboTweak engine tuning chip as well as an Accufab adjustable fuel-pressure regulator. The seller reports that the battery was replaced in 2022.
Power is sent to the rear wheels through a four-speed automatic transmission and a limited-slip differential. A MagnaFlow exhaust system is fitted.
The window sticker lists factory equipment, colors, options, and a total price of $16,615. An owner’s manual and spare parts are also included in the sale.
The Carfax report shows no accidents or other damage and lists registration history in Florida and New York.
