This 2001 Chevrolet Tahoe LT was first registered in Utah and later spent time in California, where it was acquired by the selling dealer in 2022. Finished in Sunset Gold Metallic over beige leather upholstery, the truck is powered by a 5.3-liter Vortec V8 mated to a four-speed automatic transmission and a dual-range transfer case. Additional equipment includes a receiver hitch, air conditioning, cruise control, a Delco AM/FM/CD cassette stereo, power-adjustable front seats, third-row seating, and rear climate and media controls. Service in April 2022 included flushing the brake fluid, performing an oil change, and replacing the engine air filter and tires. This Tahoe has 69k miles and is now offered by the selling dealer at no reserve with manufacturer’s literature, partial service records, two keys with fobs, a clean Carfax report, and a clean California title.
The body is finished in Sunset Gold Metallic and features body-color side trim along with chrome bumpers and grille accents. Additional exterior details include a receiver hitch, fog lights, roof rails with crossbars, and running boards. Paintless dent repair was reportedly performed on the left-front fender, and replacement wiper blades were installed in April 2022. A crack is located on the left mirror cap, the left fender is scratched, and blemishes are visible on the body. Touched-up paint is noted by the selling dealer, and paint meter readings are presented in the gallery below.
Factory 16″ aluminum wheels wear 265/70 Firestone Destination tires, which were mounted in April 2022. A spare is stored underneath the truck. Stopping power is provided by four-wheel anti-lock disc brakes, and a brake fluid flush was performed in April 2022.
The power-adjustable front bucket seats, split-folding second-row bench, and removable third-row seats are trimmed in beige leather. Tahoe-branded floor mats protect the carpets, and additional appointments include air conditioning, cruise control, a Delco AM/FM/CD stereo with a cassette player, rear climate controls, rear headphone jacks and media controls, and power windows, mirrors, and door locks. Wear is visible on the driver’s seat.
A leather-wrapped steering wheel frames a 100-mph speedometer, a tachometer, and gauges for fuel level, voltage, oil pressure, and coolant temperature. The digital odometer indicates 69k miles.
The 5.3-liter Vortec V8 was factory rated at 285 horsepower and 320 lb-ft of torque. An oil change was performed in preparation for the sale, and the truck passed a California emissions test in April 2022.
Power is sent to the rear or all four wheels through a four-speed automatic transmission and a dual-range transfer case. Additional underside photos can be viewed in the gallery below.
The Carfax report shows no accidents or other damage and lists registration history in Utah and California.
