This 1999 Porsche Boxster is finished in black over Boxster Red special leather, and it is powered by a 2.5-liter flat-six paired with a five-speed manual transaxle. Equipment includes a black soft top, 17″ five-spoke alloy wheels, a deployable rear spoiler, a Porsche CDR-220 stereo, cruise control, and automatic climate control. The car was first registered in Pennsylvania, and it also spent time in Maryland and West Virginia prior to its acquisition in 2022 by the seller, who relocated it to Ohio. The air filter and air oil separator were reportedly replaced in September 2021. This Boxster has 39k miles and is now offered at no reserve with manufacturer’s literature, a tool kit, and a clean Ohio title in the seller’s name.
The car is finished in black with a matching soft top. Additional features include a speed-activated rear spoiler, side air intakes, roll hoops, and a single central exhaust outlet. The Carfax report lists “minor damage” to the nose in November 2021, which the seller attributes to an incident involving a deer. The front bumper cover and hood were reportedly replaced with color-matching units as a result.
The 17″ five-spoke wheels are mounted with Hankook Ventus V12 Evo2 tires. Braking is handled by four-piston Porsche-branded calipers fitted over vented rotors at all four corners.
The seating surfaces are upholstered in Boxster Red special leather that extends to the door panels, and the cabin features a matching dashboard and black floor mats. Equipment includes a Porsche CDR-220 stereo, a wind deflector, cruise control, and automatic climate control.
The leather-wrapped steering wheel fronts a central tachometer, a 160-mph speedometer, and gauges for coolant temperature and fuel level. The digital odometer indicates 39k miles, approximately 200 of which were added under current ownership.
The mid-mounted 2.5-liter M96 flat-six was factory rated at 201 horsepower and 181 lb-ft of torque. An oil change was performed and the air filter was replaced in September 2021, and the air oil separator was also changed at that time.
Power is sent to the rear wheels through a five-speed manual transaxle. Additional photographs of the underside are shown in the gallery below.
The Carfax report shows the aforementioned “minor damage” and lists registration history in Pennsylvania, Maryland, and West Virginia.
