This 2008 BMW M5 is powered by a 5.0-liter V10 paired with a seven-speed SMG sequential transmission and is finished in Silverstone Metallic over black Merino leather. Equipment includes an M Variable differential, 19″ Style 166 wheels, adaptive xenon headlights, a glass sunroof, Park Distance Control, a head-up display, heated and ventilated front seats, heated rear seats, and iDrive with navigation. The seller acquired the car in April 2017 and has since added approximately 8k of the 31k indicated miles. This E60 M5 is now offered with a window sticker, the owner’s manual, service records, a clean Carfax report, and a clean New York title in the seller’s name.
The M5 features flared fenders and rocker panels as well as revised bumper covers, front fender vents, and quad exhaust outlets when compared to the standard E60. This example is finished in Silverstone Metallic and is equipped with a glass sunroof, a decklid spoiler, front and rear parking sensors, and adaptive bi-xenon headlamps with washers. The seller notes scratches on the left side of the rear bumper as well as on the trunk lid under the license plate bracket.
Silver-finished 19″ Style 166 wheels are mounted with Continental ExtremeContact DW Tuned tires measuring 235/40 up front and 285/35 out back. The car is equipped with Dynamic Stability Control (DSC) with M Dynamic Mode, and braking is handled by four-wheel cross-drilled and ventilated discs.
The heated, ventilated, and power-adjustable front seats feature active seat-width adjustment and are trimmed in black Merino perforated leather while Brushed Aluminum Shadow trim accents the dashboard, center console, and doors. Amenities include a head-up display, Comfort Access keyless entry, a Harman Kardon sound system, a powered rear sunshade, a six-disc CD changer, dual-zone automatic climate control, cruise control, Enhanced Premium Sound, heated and folding rear seats, and iDrive with navigation.
The leather-wrapped steering wheel features tri-color stitching and shift paddles and frames a 200-mph speedometer, a tachometer with a variable redline, and gauges for coolant temperature and fuel level. The digital odometer indicates 31k miles, approximately 8k of which were added under current ownership.
The 5.0-liter S85 V10 features a semi-dry-sump lubrication system, individual throttle bodies, and double-VANOS variable valve timing. Factory-rated output was 500 horsepower and 383 lb-ft of torque. A Dinan exhaust system and carbon-fiber strut tower brace are fitted.
Power is sent to the rear wheels through a seven-speed SMG single-clutch sequential transmission and an M Variable differential.
The window sticker lists factory equipment, colors, options, and a total price of $99,855. Service records are also included in the sale as depicted in the photo gallery below.
The Carfax report shows no accidents or other damage and lists registration history in New York and New Jersey.
