This 1985 Chevrolet Corvette coupe is powered by a 5.7-liter L98 V8 paired with a four-speed automatic transmission and is finished in Bright Red over Medium Gray cloth upholstery. Equipment includes turbine-style 16″ alloy wheels, a removable tinted-glass roof panel, power-adjustable seats, a JVC head unit, a Delco-Bose sound system, air conditioning, and pop-up headlights. The car was registered in Washington State before being acquired by the seller in 2021. This C4 coupe shows 29k miles and is offered by the selling dealer in Washington State at no reserve with the owner’s manual, memorabilia, a clean Carfax report, and a clean Indiana title.
The car is finished in Bright Red and features pop-up headlights, fog lamps, a removable tinted-glass roof panel, heated side mirrors, and quadruple exhaust outlets. Close-up photos of the paint and trim can be seen in the gallery below.
Turbine-style 16″ alloy wheels are mounted with 255/50 BFGoodrich G-Force Sport tires. The car is equipped with the Z51 suspension package, which added larger sway bars and Bilstein dampers. Stopping power is provided by power-assisted four-wheel disc brakes.
The cabin features power-adjustable sport bucket seats upholstered in Medium Gray cloth along with color-coordinated carpets and door panels. Amenities include a JVC head unit and a Delco-Bose sound system as well as air conditioning, cruise control, and power-operated windows, mirrors, and locks. The air conditioning system was converted to utilize R134a refrigerant in 2016.
The two-spoke leather-wrapped steering wheel frames a digital instrument panel that includes a speedometer, a tachometer, and a fuel-level display as well as numeric readouts for oil pressure, oil temperature, coolant temperature, and fuel economy. The six-digit odometer indicates 29k miles, approximately 30 of which were added by the selling dealer.
The 5.7-liter L98 V8 is equipped with Tuned Port Injection and was factory rated at 230 horsepower and 330 lb-ft of torque. An oil change and a coolant flush were performed under previous ownership.
Power is sent to the rear wheels through a four-speed automatic transmission and a limited-slip differential. A transmission fluid service is said to have been performed in preparation for the sale.
Manufacturer’s literature and Corvette memorabilia are included in the sale.
The Carfax report shows no accidents or other damage and lists history in Washington State and Indiana.
