This 2009 Porsche Cayman S was purchased new by the seller at Napleton Westmont Porsche in Westmont, Illinois, and it has spent its life in Iowa. The car is powered by a 3.4-liter flat-six paired with a six-speed manual transaxle and an optional limited-slip differential, and it is finished in Guards Red over black leather. Equipment includes 18″ alloy wheels, a deployable rear spoiler, bi-xenon headlights, fog lights, cruise control, sport seats, air conditioning, and an infotainment screen. The tires are said to have been changed in September 2020. This 987.2 Cayman S has 13k miles and is now offered with a window sticker, a Porsche Certificate of Authenticity, service records, a clean Carfax report, and a clean Iowa title in the seller’s name.
The car is finished in Guards Red and features bi-xenon headlights, dynamic cornering lights, fog lights, quarter panel intakes, a speed-dependent rear spoiler, and dual exhaust outlets. A ding is noted in the left-front fender.
The 18″ alloy wheels are mounted with Continental ExtremeContact Sport tires that are said to have been installed in September 2020. The car is equipped with Porsche Stability Management, and braking is handled by four-piston Porsche-branded calipers over cross-drilled rotors measuring 12.5″ and 11.8″ front and rear, respectively.
The cabin features sport bucket seats upholstered in black leather along with a matching dashboard and carpets. Amenities include cruise control, air conditioning, and an infotainment screen.
The leather-wrapped steering wheel frames a central 8k-rpm tachometer, a 190-mph speedometer, and gauges for fuel level and coolant temperature. The digital odometer indicates 13k miles.
The mid-mounted 3.4L flat-six is located ahead of the rear cargo area and was factory rated at 320 horsepower and 273 lb-ft of torque.
Power is sent to the rear wheels via a six-speed manual transaxle and an optional limited-slip differential. Additional photographs of the underside are shown in the gallery below.
The window sticker lists initial delivery to Napleton Westmont Porsche in Westmont, Illinois, as well as factory colors, optional equipment, and a total price of $69,520.
The Carfax report shows no accidents or damage and lists registration history with a single owner in Iowa since new.
