This 1959 Ford Ranchero is finished in green and white over silver and green upholstery and is powered by a 292ci V8 paired with a two-speed automatic transmission. Equipment includes chrome bumpers, a six-foot cargo bed, 14″ wheels, a heater and defroster, quarter vent windows, a push-button radio, and a lockable glovebox. The truck was acquired by the owner’s late husband in 1986 before ownership was transferred in May 2022. Service in preparation for sale consisted of replacing the spark plugs, ignition coil, and points. This Ranchero is offered by the seller on behalf of the owner with a clean Utah title in the owner’s name.
The truck was delivered from the factory in green and white and was reportedly repainted during previous ownership. Exterior features include chrome bumpers, a six-foot cargo bed, dual exhaust outlets, an antenna, and circular taillights. The windshield and left side quarter vent window are cracked. Rust is visible on the B-pillars.
Green 14″ steel wheels wear Ford polished caps and are wrapped in whitewall tires, which have cracks. The seller notes that the tires require replacement.
The bench seat is trimmed in silver and green upholstery that was installed during previous ownership. Interior details include a heater and defroster, quarter vent windows, a push-button radio, and a lockable glovebox. The housing for the analog clock is cracked, and a spare tire is housed behind the bench seat.
The steering wheel with a chrome horn rings frames a horizontal 120-mph speedometer and gauges for coolant temperature and fuel level. The five-digit odometer shows 82k miles.
The 292ci V8 features a single carburetor and is paired with a two-speed automatic transmission. The spark plugs, ignition coil, and points have reportedly been replaced. The engine leaks oil.
