This 2006 BMW M3 is a black-over-black coupe that was acquired as a Certified Pre-Owned vehicle by the seller in April 2011, and they have since added approximately 20k of the 57k indicated miles. It is powered by a 3.2-liter S54 inline-six linked with a six-speed manual transmission and a limited-slip differential. Equipment includes 19″ M double-spoke wheels, a power sunroof, and Park Distance Control, while modifications consist of BavSound speakers and a subwoofer. This E46 M3 is now offered with service records, the owner’s manual, a clean Carfax report, and a clean Pennsylvania title in the seller’s name.

The car is finished in Black II and features Shadowline trim as well as fog lights, a glass sunroof, rain-sensing windshield wipers, LED tail lights, Park Distance Control, a trunk lid spoiler, and quad exhaust outlets. Imperfections noted by the seller consist of stone chips on the nose and torn rear side window seals.

The 19″ M double-spoke Style 67 wheels are mounted with Continental ExtremeContact DW Tuned tires measuring 225/40 up front and 255/35 out back. The car was factory equipped with Dynamic Stability Control (DSC).

The cabin is upholstered in black and features Nappa leather seating surfaces, brushed aluminum shadow trim, power-adjustable front seats, cruise control, and a BMW Business CD stereo with a glovebox-mounted auxiliary input. The seller reports that the factory speakers were replaced with BavSound speakers with a trunk-mounted subwoofer in 2013. The left airbag was reportedly replaced in 2016 and the right airbag is said to have been replaced in 2021, and the seller notes loose upholstery on the lower section of the left A-pillar.

The leather-wrapped steering wheel fronts a 185-mph speedometer and a tachometer with a variable redline, along with gauges for coolant temperature, oil temperature, and fuel level. The digital odometer indicates under 57k miles, approximately 20k of which were added under current ownership.

The 3.2-liter S54 inline-six was factory rated at 333 horsepower and 262 lb-ft of torque. The seller notes that the double-VANOS system is said to have been upgraded during previous ownership, and the oil was most recently changed in July 2021 when the car had 56k miles.
