This 1999 Mazda MX-5 Miata was first registered in Washington State where it remained before being acquired by the seller on BaT in February 2021 and relocated to Indiana. The car is finished in Highlight Silver Metallic over black cloth upholstery and powered by a 1.8-liter DOHC inline-four paired with a five-speed manual transmission. Features include the Appearance Package 1, air conditioning, a black convertible top, and 17″ Riax wheels. Service in preparation for the sale consisted of replacing the tires and performing an oil change. This NB Miata has 38k miles and is offered at no reserve with manufacturer’s literature, a convertible top boot, the removed 14″ wheels and tires, a clean Carfax report, and a clean Indiana title in the seller’s name.
The car is finished in Highlight Silver Metallic (18G) and features a body-color front lip spoiler, side skirts, and mud guards as well as a black convertible top. A matching convertible top boot is included in the sale. The seller notes that the rubber windshield molding is cracked, the front lip spoiler is scratched, and paint dings are visible on the front bumper cover.
Black-finished 17″ Riax wheels wear polished lips and are wrapped with 205/40 Falken Ziex A/S tires that were mounted in April 2022. Stopping power is provided by four-wheel disc brakes. A set of four 14″ wheels and tires are included in the sale and can be viewed in the gallery.
The bucket seats are trimmed in black cloth with gray patterned inserts and are complemented by a color-coordinated dash, door panels, and carpets. Miata-branded floor mats line the footwells, and additional appointments include a three-spoke Nardi steering wheel, air conditioning, and power windows and door locks. The CD functionality of the stereo system is inoperative while the radio and cassette work intermittently.
Instrumentation consists of a 150-mph speedometer, a tachometer with a 7k-rpm redline, and auxiliary gauges. The digital odometer indicates 38k miles, approximately 1k of which were added by the seller.
The 1.8-liter DOHC inline-four was factory-rated at 140 horsepower and 119 lb-ft of torque. An oil change was performed in April 2022.
Power is delivered to the rear wheels through a five-speed manual transmission. Additional underside photos are viewable in the gallery.
The Carfax report shows no accidents or other damage and lists registration history in Washington and Indiana.
