This 2003 Honda S2000 is finished in New Formula Red over black leather, and it is powered by a 2.0-liter VTEC inline-four paired with a six-speed manual transmission. Equipment includes a limited-slip differential, 16″ five-spoke alloy wheels, a black convertible soft top, xenon headlights, air conditioning, and cruise control. The seller acquired the car in 2012 and has since added approximately 5k of its 40k indicated miles. Maintenance under current ownership is said to have included fluid changes and replacement of the VTEC gaskets, battery, tires, and clutch master and slave cylinders. This AP1 S2000 is now offered with the owner’s manual, a window sticker, a car cover, and a clean Texas title in the seller’s name.
The car is finished in New Formula Red and features a power-operated black soft top with a glass rear window. Additional equipment includes xenon headlights, a black windshield surround, roll hoops, and dual exhaust outlets. The front bumper cover and left-front fender were reportedly repainted under prior ownership. Photos of body panel VIN stickers can be viewed in the gallery.
Factory 16″ five-spoke alloy wheels are wrapped in 205/55 front and 225/50 rear Michelin Pilot Sport All Season 4 tires showing 2021 date codes. The car features double-wishbone suspension and four-wheel disc brakes.
The cabin features seats upholstered in black leather with matching door panels and carpets. Amenities include push-button ignition, air conditioning, cruise control, a CD stereo, and a leather-wrapped aluminum shift knob.
The three-spoke leather-wrapped steering wheel fronts a digital speedometer, a bar-style tachometer with an 8,900-rpm redline, and gauges for coolant temperature and fuel level. The digital odometer indicates approximately 40k miles, 5k of which were added under current ownership.
The 2.0-liter F20C inline-four is equipped with VTEC variable valve timing and was factory rated at 240 horsepower and 153 lb-ft of torque. Maintenance since 2020 is said to have included replacement of the VTEC gaskets and battery as well as a May 2022 oil change.
Power is sent to the rear wheels through a six-speed manual transmission and a limited-slip differential. The clutch slave and master cylinders were reportedly replaced in 2016. Additional underside images can be viewed in the gallery.
The window sticker shows factory colors and equipment, initial delivery to Eskridge Honda of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, and a total vehicle price of $33,060.
Manufacturer’s literature is included in the sale. A maintenance log provided by the seller has been placed in the gallery.
The Carfax report shows no accidents or other damage and lists history in Oklahoma, Missouri, and Texas.
