This 2000 Porsche Boxster S was first delivered to Deal of Asheville, North Carolina, and it has spent its life in Ohio and Illinois. The car is finished in Arctic Silver Metallic over Boxster Red special leather and is powered by a 3.2-liter flat-six paired with a six-speed manual transaxle. Optional equipment includes the Sport Touring Package as well as traction control, 18″ Turbo-look wheels, a trunk-mounted six-disc CD changer, heated seats, a painted center console, and a leather-wrapped three-spoke steering wheel. Other features include a black soft top and xenon headlamps with washers and yellow lenses. This Boxster S has 35k miles and is now offered by the selling dealer at no reserve in Pennsylvania with a window sticker, the owner’s manual, two keys, a clean Carfax report, and a clean Illinois title.
The car is finished in Arctic Silver Metallic with a black soft top. Additional features include a xenon headlights with washers, speed-activated rear spoiler, side air intakes, roll hoops, and dual central exhaust outlets. The Boxster S model designation has been removed from the trunk lid, and yellow-tinted headlamp lenses have been installed.
The 18″ Turbo-look wheels feature full-color Porsche crest center caps and are mounted with Pirelli P Zero tires. Braking is handled by four-piston Porsche-branded calipers fitted over vented rotors at all four corners. The car is equipped with traction control.
The heated seats are upholstered in Boxster Red supple leather, and matching leather extends to the door panels. The cabin features a painted center console and an aluminum-accented shifter and handbrake lever, and equipment includes a Porsche CDR-220 stereo, the Digital Sound package, a trunk-mounted CD changer, an onboard computer, a wind deflector, cruise control, and automatic climate control.
The leather-wrapped three-spoke steering wheel fronts instrumentation with bright rings including a central tachometer, a 180-mph speedometer, and gauges for coolant temperature and fuel level. The digital odometer indicates 35k miles.
The mid-mounted 3.2-liter flat-six was factory rated at 250 horsepower and 225 lb-ft of torque. The selling dealer reports that the IMS bearing has been replaced.
Power is sent to the rear wheels through a six-speed manual transaxle. Additional photographs of the underside are shown in the gallery below.
The window sticker lists initial delivery to Deal of Asheville, North Carolina, as well as optional equipment and a total price of $65,628.
The Carfax report shows no accidents or damage and lists registration history in Ohio and Illinois.
