This partial tool kit was removed from a 1967 Ferrari 275 GTB/4 according to the seller, and it includes an integrated pouch for tire-changing implements as well as a tool roll, each with twin buckles and leather straps. Components consist of a Battaini Rovate-Varese jack, a multi-piece hub puller, a Globemaster cross-peen hammer, a soft-blow knock-off mallet, a grease gun, a carburetor jet key, a spark-plug wrench, an oil-filter wrench, seven Everest wrenches, and four wood-handled screwdrivers. This collection of Ferrari 275 GTB/4 tools is now offered at no reserve by the seller in New Salem, New York.
The brown vinyl case features a leather handle with hand-written markings. Adjustable buckles secure the main compartment with tools held in leather loops under fold-out side panels. Scuffs, cracks, and areas of loose stitching are noted in photos.
Two wood-handled Phillips screwdrivers are accompanied by two wood-handled flat-blade screwdrivers. The screw-type grease gun utilizes a removable flexible tube and nozzle. Red-handled V-marked screwdrivers are not present, and additional missing components include a pair of 190mm pliers and a spare fuse and bulb holder.
Stored inside an additional pocket, the screw-type jack is finished in blue with a red Battaini Rovate-Varese decal. It is stamped with the numbers 2187393 and accompanied by a multi-piece hub puller as well as a ratcheting handle and extension.
The seven Everest No. 22 open-ended wrenches are made from drop-forged steel and turn fasteners that range in size from 8mm to 22mm.
The knock-off mallet shows wear and is stamped with “Ferrari” block letter on the head.
The cross peen hammer is stamped with a part number and “Globemaster Italy”. Additional components are shown in photos below.
