This 2011 Aston Martin DB9 has been registered in California since new and was purchased by the seller in 2018. The car is powered by a 5.9-liter V12 paired with a six-speed automatic transaxle and is finished in Lightning Silver over Obsidian Black leather. Equipment includes a limited-slip differential, 19″ split-spoke wheels, parking sensors, a backup camera, heated power-adjustable front seats, navigation, cruise control, and automatic climate control. This DB9 has 12k miles and is now offered with the owner’s manual, a clean Carfax report, and a clean California title in the seller’s name.
The DB9 featured a mix of aluminum and composite body panels installed over an extruded aluminum spaceframe. This example is finished in Lightning Silver and features a Tungsten grille, hood vents, fender vents with integrated side markers, front and rear parking sensors, and dual exhaust outlets.
The 19″ split-spoke wheels are mounted with Bridgestone Potenza RE050A tires measuring 235/40 up front and 275/35 out back. Braking is handled by four-wheel slotted and ventilated rotors equipped with Aston Martin-branded calipers.
The cabin features heated power-adjustable front seats trimmed in Obsidian Black along with a matching dashboard, center console, and doors. Amenities include front-seat position memory, a backup camera, a navigation system, a retractable infotainment screen, a CD stereo, cruise control, and automatic climate control.
The three-spoke leather-wrapped steering wheel frames a 220-mph speedometer, a reverse-sweep 8k-rpm tachometer, and gauges for coolant temperature and fuel level. The ZF six-speed automatic gearbox is controlled via buttons located on the dashboard below the central air vents and can also be shifted manually through steering wheel-mounted paddles. The digital odometer indicates just under 12k miles, approximately 1k of which were added under current ownership. Dead pixels are evident on the digital display.
The 5.9-liter DOHC V12 was factory rated at 470 horsepower and 443 lb-ft of torque. An oil change was performed earlier in 2022.
Power is sent to the rear wheels through a six-speed ZF 6HP automatic transaxle and a limited-slip differential. Additional photos of the underbody are included in the gallery.
The Carfax report is free from accidents or other damage and shows registration history in California.
