This 1986 Honda CT110 Trail is a California-market example that is finished in Monza Red with black and white graphics and is powered by a 105cc four-stroke single mated to an automatic clutch and a dual-range four-speed transmission. Equipment includes a kick starter, CD electronic ignition, a replacement carburetor, a skid plate, an auxiliary fuel tank, a chrome luggage rack, mirrors, street lighting with turn signals, and both center and side stands as well as a black-upholstered solo seat and a rotating handlebar clamp with a quick-release lever. This CT110AC was acquired by the seller in 2021 and is now offered at no reserve with a clean Maryland title in the seller’s name.
The bike features a steel frame constructed of stamped sections and a tubular backbone, and it is finished in Monza Red with black and white graphics. Equipment includes a chrome engine guard, a skid plate, a hinged solo seat mounted atop a 1.5-gallon fuel tank, a chrome rear rack, street lighting, mirrors, and both side and center stands as well as a side-mounted 0.6-gallon auxiliary fuel tank secured with a locking clamp that doubles as a helmet holder. Photos showing corrosion under the cargo rack, a crack in the lower left mounting point of the top tube cover, blemishes in the paint and decals, and a dent and scratches in the right leg of the swingarm are provided in the gallery.
Chrome-steel 17″ rims are laced to black-finished hubs with drum brakes and are wrapped in IRC Trials GP-1 tires. Suspension consists of a telescopic fork with black rubber gaiters as well as twin shocks mounted to the swingarm.
The black handlebar is secured by a quick-release clamp that allows the bars to swivel for transport and storage. The headlight bucket contains a Nippon Seiki 60-mph speedometer with shift point markings for both gear ranges as well as indicators for the high beam, neutral gear selection, and turn signals. The five-digit odometer shows 298 miles.
The four-stroke 105cc SOHC single features a kick starter, a snorkel air intake, electronic ignition, California emissions equipment, and a black-finished exhaust system with full-length chrome heat shields. Service performed by the previous owner is said to have included replacing the spark plug, air filter, carburetor, and fuel lines. The seller states that the battery was replaced and the oil was changed in 2021.
Power is sent to the rear wheel through an automatic clutch, a dual-range four-speed transmission with a range selection lever and a heel-toe shifter, and a drive chain.
