This 2022 Ford F-150 Lightning Platinum is powered by a 131-kWh battery linked to dual permanent-magnet electric motors driving all four wheels through a single-speed transmission. Finished in Agate Black Metallic over two-tone gray and black leather upholstery, it is equipped with an electronic locking rear differential, the Tow Technology and Max Trailer Tow packages, machine-finished 22″ alloy wheels, a twin-panel sunroof, the Ford BlueCruise semi-autonomous driving system, heated and ventilated front seats, heated second-row seats, a 15.5″ tablet-style Ford SYNC4A touchscreen infotainment system, adaptive cruise control, active driving aids, a trailer brake controller, and an 18-speaker Bang & Olufsen sound system. The truck was was sold new by the selling dealer, Metropolitan Ford of Eden Prairie, Minnesota, and it was subsequently reacquired by them from its original owner shortly thereafter. This F-150 Lightning has 105 miles and is now offered with manufacturer’s literature, a window sticker, two keys, carpeted floor mats, cargo tie-down cleats, a Lenz charging adapter, a clean Carfax report, and a Minnesota title.
The Lightning is distinguished from the standard F-150 by lightning-bolt rear badging and an LED front center light bar. This example is finished in Agate Black Metallic and features LED projector headlights, a high-gloss black front faux-grille, running boards, a twin-panel sunroof, a sliding rear window, a rear step bumper, and a receiver hitch. The bed is equipped with a BoxLink cargo management system, LED lighting, an on-board payload scale, and a power-operated tailgate with an integrated step and grab handle. The ProPower OnBoard system is capable of supplying a total of 9.6-kW of power to 120v outlets and and one 240v outlet located in the bed, as well as additional 120v outlets located in the cabin and front trunk.
Machine-finished 22″ alloy wheels with black cutouts are mounted with 275/50 General Grabber HTS60 tires. The truck is equipped with four-wheel independent suspension, four selectable driving modes, and an integrated trailer brake controller.
The cab features heated, ventilated, and 10-way power-adjustable front seats trimmed in black leather with gray perforated Nirvana leather inserts and contrast stitching. Additional appointments include an optional maximum recline function for the front seats, a split rear bench with heated outboard seats, a folding interior work surface, a tray-style floor liner, a FordPass 4G WiFi hotspot, and a 15.5″ tablet-style Ford SYNC4A touchscreen infotainment system with a 360-degree camera, navigation, and an 18-speaker Bang & Olufsen Unleashed sound system. The Tow Technology package adds trailer backup assist and trailer reverse guidance. Driving aids include the Ford BlueCruise semi-autonomous driving system, adaptive cruise control, and blind-spot, lane-keeping, evasive steering, and active park assistance.
The heated multifunction steering wheel is wrapped in black leather with gray stitching and fronts a configurable digital information panel. The digital odometer indicates 105 miles.
The 131-kWh extended-range lithium-ion battery pack powers two permanent-magnet synchronous AC electric motors. Factory-rated output is 580 horsepower and 755 lb-ft of torque, which is sent to all four wheels through a single-speed transmission and an electronic locking rear differential. The Max Tow package adds additional cooling capacity for the battery and motors.
The window sticker shows factory colors and equipment, initial delivery to Metropolitan Ford of Eden Prairie, Minnesota, and a total manufacturer’s suggested retail price of $93,214.
Manufacturer’s literature is included in the sale along with two remote keys, a set of carpet floor mats, and a Lenz J1772 charging adapter.
The Carfax report shows no accidents or other damage and lists one entry in Minnesota.
