This 1982 Peugeot 604 is a US-market example finished in black over tan leather and powered by a 2.3-liter turbodiesel inline-four paired with a five-speed manual transmission. Equipment includes 14” wheels, four-wheel disc brakes, a power sunroof, cruise control, and a Panasonic AM/FM cassette stereo. The car was relocated to Canada in the 1990s and is said to have undergone a refurbishment including bodywork and a repaint before returning stateside in 2021. This 604 TD is now offered at no reserve with transferable Vermont registration.
The Pininfarina-designed body is said to have been refinished in black following bodywork that included welding in replacement sheet metal. Features include stainless-steel bumpers, quad sealed-beam headlights, and a power sunroof with a wind deflector.
Silver-finished 14” steel wheels wear stainless-steel center caps and are mounted with 185-series Vredestein Sprint Classic tires. Stopping power is provided by four-wheel disc brakes.
The cabin features front bucket seats and a rear bench upholstered in tan leather accompanied by a brown dash and contrasting cloth door inserts. Amenities include a Panasonic AM/FM cassette stereo, cruise control, and power windows and door locks. There is a crack in the dash above the instrument panel.
The four-spoke steering wheel frames an 80-mph speedometer, a clock, and a combination gauge. The six-digit odometer shows 187k miles, approximately 2k of which have been added by the seller.
The 2.3-liter Indénor turbodiesel inline-four sends power to the rear wheels through a five-speed manual transmission.

The Carfax report shows no accidents or other damage and lists history in several states and Canadian provinces from its first entry in November 1988.
The car does not have a title, as it is registered in a state that does not issue titles for a vehicle of its age. It is being sold on its registration.
