This 2006 Cadillac XLR-V is finished in Infrared over Ebony leather upholstery and is powered by a supercharged 4.4-liter Northstar V8 mated to a six-speed automatic transaxle. Equipment includes a power-retractable hardtop, 19″ aluminum wheels, fog lamps, rear parking sensors, Magnetic Ride Control, heated and power-adjustable seats, dual-zone automatic climate control, keyless entry, navigation, and a Bose audio system. Modifications are said to include a Corsa exhaust system and a D3 Cadillac air intake and ECU tune. The car was first registered in Michigan and was acquired by the seller in California in August 2015. This XLR-V has 36k miles and is now offered with an owner’s manual, the removed factory air intake, a clean Carfax report, and a clean California title in the seller’s name.
The XLR-V features model-specific bodywork including mesh grilles, a restyled hood, and a deeper front air dam when compared to the standard XLR. This example is finished in Infrared and features a power-retractable hardtop, fog lamps, headlamp washers, and rear parking sensors. The seller notes the headlamp washer covers are missing, and the finish on the rear bumper cover is splintering.
Ten-spoke 19″ aluminum wheels are mounted with 225/45 front and 255/40 rear Michelin Pilot Super Sport tires that show 2016 and 2017 production date codes. The performance-tuned suspension features Magnetic Ride Control, and stopping power is provided by V-branded calipers fitted over cross-drilled and slotted rotors. The front shock absorbers are said to have been replaced in June 2021 and the rear driver-side shock absorber was replaced in September 2021. The brake rotors were resurfaced and a brake fluid flush was performed in preparation for the sale.
The cabin features heated and power-adjustable seats upholstered in Ebony leather with microsuede inserts. Wood veneers accent the center console and door panels, and additional equipment includes push-button start, keyless entry, dual-zone automatic climate control, Bose audio, navigation, and aftermarket Bluetooth integration.
A multifunction steering wheel fronts a 160-mph speedometer, a tachometer, and gauges for oil pressure, coolant temperature, voltage, and fuel level. The digital odometer indicates 36k miles, approximately 13k of which were added during current ownership.
The supercharged 4.4-liter Northstar V8 is said to have been modified with a D3 Cadillac air intake and ECU tune. An oil change was performed in April 2021. The removed factory air intake is included in the sale. The car most recently passed a California emissions test in June 2022 in its stock form, and the aftermarket intake and ECU tune have since been reinstalled. The car has not passed an emissions test in its current form.
Power is sent to the rear wheels through a six-speed automatic transaxle.
The Carfax report shows no accidents or other damage and lists history in New Jersey, Michigan, Wisconsin, and California.
