This 1995 BMW M3 coupe is powered by a 3.0-liter inline-six paired with a five-speed manual transmission and a limited-slip differential, and it is finished in Cosmos Black Metallic over matching Nappa leather. Equipment includes 17″ Style 39 wheels, fog lights, a sunroof, cruise control, a Kenwood CD stereo, and dual-zone automatic climate control. The car acquired by the seller on BaT in December 2020, and work under current ownership has included refinishing the wheels and replacing the headliner, water pump, engine belts, tensioners, hood struts, tie rods, and front sway bar links. This E36 M3 coupe is now offered with a shop manual, service records, keys, the removed stereo, and a clean Washington title in the seller’s name.
The car is finished in Cosmos Black Metallic (303) and features fog lights, a sunroof, tinted windows, dual exhaust outlets, and factory aerodynamic bumpers, side sills, and mirrors. Broken mesh can be seen in the lower grille along with cracks in the left fog lamp lens.
Staggered 17″ Style 39 wheels are mounted with Yokohama Advan Fleva tires that were purchased in April 2021. Scuffs in the wheels were repaired under current ownership, and the tie rods and front sway bar links were changed in September 2021.
The cabin features power-adjustable and heated Vader sport seats upholstered in black Nappa leather along with matching door panels and carpets. Amenities include cruise control, an onboard computer, a Kenwood CD stereo, Alpine speakers, and dual-zone automatic climate control. The headliner was replaced under current ownership. Wear is visible on the driver’s seat outer bolsters, and upholstery separation is noted on the left door panel. Missing pixels can be seen in the onboard computer screen.
The leather-wrapped steering wheel frames a 160-mph speedometer, a tachometer, and gauges for coolant temperature, fuel economy, and fuel level. The digital odometer shows shows 39k miles, approximately 13k of which were added under current ownership. The speedometer was replaced in October 2003, and the Carfax report shows a history of odometer records culminating in a reading of ~94k miles in July 2012. Total mileage is unknown.
The 3.0-liter S50B30 inline-six was factory rated at 240 horsepower and 225 lb-ft of torque. Work under current ownership has included replacing the water pump, engine belts, tensioners, and hood struts.
Power is sent to the rear wheels through a five-speed manual transmission and a limited-slip differential. Additional photographs of the underside are shown in the gallery below.
The Carfax report shows no accidents or damage and lists registration history in New York and Washington.
